Hello, I’m Bill Ikechukwu Ajaero (NMLS #1528618) with Luminate Home Loans, and I serve as a dedicated mortgage loan officer at Northwest Mortgage in Puyallup, Washington. My seven-plus years in the mortgage industry have been driven by a mission to help individuals and families navigate the complex world of home financing.

My career began on August 14, 2017, when I first set foot in the dynamic environment of Seattle Credit Union. Since then, I've specialized in a wide array of mortgage products—from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac conventional loans of 10-, 15-, and 30-year terms, to FHA loans, and VA loans for our esteemed veterans. In the last year, I've also extended my expertise to non-QM products, catering to those with unique credit and employment scenarios.

Before my transition into mortgage lending, I spent 14 years as a real estate agent in Nigeria, enriching my perspective with global insights, followed by a stint in the American real estate market with Century 21 in 2006/2007. I hold graduate degrees in Project Management and Business Administration from City University of Seattle, which empower me to blend structured project management with strategic business acumen in every client interaction.

One of the highlights of my career was assisting a client who faced imminent foreclosure. Within 120 days, we cleared extensive liens and restored the clean title to their family home, which remains one of my most gratifying professional achievements.

Outside the office, I am a family man at heart, cherishing time with my wife, a dedicated teacher, and my son, who is embarking on his college journey. My weekends are typically spent enjoying the comfort of home, unless duty calls. My passion for reading and writing fuels my continuous personal and professional growth.
